I welcome the fact that the manual was audited by external Arab readers since it gives it much credibility. Obviously, it would be great if the manual will also be published in Arabic and English because it will then be accessible to more people and will generate even further research and knowledge in the field. Lets hope that policy makers on the national and municipal levels in Israel will make good use of this manual.
